			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the Isulong SEOPH world, a favorite morning snack is <i>taho</i>. It is basically cooked soy beans blended into a smooth gel-like paste. To add flavor to an otherwise bland snack, you add some sweet syrup (caramelized sugar). You can also put <i>sago</i> or tapioca on top of it.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ll usually find <i>taho</i> vendors walking in subdivisions or villages, or milling around churches and office building entrances. The familiar vendor&#8217;s call (Tahooooooo!) can be heard several blocks away. Once you get near the vendor, you&#8217;ll have a hard time resisting a plastic cup of taho.</p>
